I cannot recommend the service provided by the lovely ladies at Beau Papillon highly enough. I absolutely loved my hair and make up and the results were better than I could have hoped for, but also Sarah and Leanne were such fun, and so professional both during the trial and on my big day itself.
At the trial I took Caz with me, one of my bridesmaids. Although had a few initial ideas we were not completely sure what would suit us. Leanne took the time to discuss with us what sort of look we wanted for our hair, and gave us guidance about what would suit us. She then got to work and came up with styles that we absolutely loved. She made sure we really liked what she did, and gave us lots of alternative ideas. Simultaneously, Sarah got to work on my make up. I said I wanted something glamorous but natural, and she suggested that my blonde eyelashes and eyebrows would benefit from being tinted a few days before the wedding. Sarah is a really accomplished make up artist, and I knew I was in the right hands as soon as she got started. I was thrilled with how she made me look.
The best thing about the trial was the fun we had – Leanne and Sarah are so warm and friendly, and had us in stitches throughout the whole trial. They ensured we felt completely at home and we felt like we had known them both for ever!
On the big day, Sarah and Leanne arrived in good time and came laden with chocolate croissants and bottle of Bucks Fizz, which we all tucked into while they worked! The girls did a fantastic job on all 3 of us, and made us look tremendous. My hair was brilliant, and the make up stayed perfect all day.
If you are thinking about whether to use Beau Papillon for you big day I would definitely recommend them – they are a joy to have around especially when you are feeling nervous, they were not only great fun but really skilled at what they do.
