My first impression of Melissa was that she was really naturally pretty and when she told me that she wanted to go for a Winter Wonderland look (as she is getting married in December) it made a really nice change to do from the usual Wedding make up colours.
Melissa’s eyes were a fantastic chocolate brown and so, on her lids I applied a frosty white, and on the upper brow bone I applied a pinkie shimmery white. On the eye socket line I blended a very iridescent green on top of which I applied a iridescent blue, this created depth and framed her eye shape beautifully.
I finished off with a couple of coats of black waterproof mascara and a touch of rose blusher. On her lips I used a lip liner very close to Melissa's natural lip colour on top of which I added a couple of coats of lip-gloss.
With her hair completed she looked absolutely breathtaking, I am so looking forward to her wedding day to catch a glimpse of the beautiful bride!

Melissa already had an idea of what she wanted to try, which is always a great help. It was a "half up-half down" hair style that had been curled. I recreated this look with the help of hair straighteners that can give the hair a fantastic curl.
After carefully curling all of Melissa's hair, I applied some serum to separate the curls so that they didn't look false. Then, I combed my fingers through the sides of Melissa's hair and gently pulled it up and gripped it on the crown, at the same time pushing the hair forward to create volume at the front. I left some tousled tendrils of hair to fall onto the face which helps soften the look.
Ultimately, with her winter wonderland make-up so beautifully applied and her pretty curls, we think Melissa made the right choice completely.
